MADISON MORNINGS

MADISON MORNINGS

I visited the city of Madison last month and shot this post early in the morning at the Wisconsin State Capitol building. I am not really a morning person but I am trying hard to be one, I really love sleeping in the mornings but I do agree with all those who say "the early bird gets the worm".

I think it's very important to have an early and a good start to the day than to wake up late and hurry or rush for everything. Mornings should be nice and relaxed as it often affects our mood for the day ahead. It's also good to have a daily planner or to just decide in your head what your day is going to look like, how are you going to distribute time etc. A lot of people just set their routine as per their work and pay no attention to other things like hobbies, sports or fitness. I think it is really crucial to dedicate some time in your day for things that you really love doing like painting, sewing, sports or even catching with friends/family. Time goes by in a jiffy and most of are usually wondering where the time went. Every day and every hour is important and it is extremely crucial for us to make good use of this time.

I know it's a easy said than done and believe me, I know managing time is one of the biggest challenges. I am trying to bring about a few changes in my lifestyle and my first step is to manage time well. So like I mentioned earlier while visiting Madison, we did the shoot early in the morning. Although a bit chilly, the experience was so good, I could feel the calmness of my surroundings and enjoy the beauty of this location. Another tip, if you're traveling and really want to enjoy some location or just click great pictures, land there as early as you can and enjoy the place.

Since we had a long day ahead, I wanted to keep my outfit simple. So I paired up a rib-knit dress with a black velvet blazer jacket, black boots and sunglasses with red lips and I was good to go. Easy breezy!
