MYOHO - LAKME FASHION WEEK WINTER/FESTIVE 2016
ROMANTIC. FEMININE. DECONSTRUCTION. SIMPLICITY
If there was an Indian version of 'Alice in Wonderland' being made, this collection from Myoho would make up for Alice's wardrobe supplements. Flowy silhouettes, light & deconstructed fabrics sure gave you the fantasy feels at Myoho Festive/Winter 2016 show. The collection exuded a certain finesse without being too overwhelming. The rich color palette that ranged from silver-greys to metallic pinks to golden-browns make up for an interesting choice for the upcoming winter/festive season.
The collection was termed 'Sandalwood' with the invites being carefully scented as per the theme. The collection was expressive of romantic vibes with light tiered garments, silks with batik print, outfits with long traily trails and feathered ruffles. Simple yet classic, with a sense of understated elegance are the thoughts that immediately come to your mind after watching this season's collection of Myoho.
Some of the favorite pieces included the grey and pink tiered dress, (look 1 and look 4) and the brown feather ruffle dress (look 7).
