Before moving on to that part where we convince you to eat organic food, let's discuss what organic food exactly is! Simply put, organic food is nature's produce or food that is not enhanced artificially. Organic food is produced without any use of synthetic pesticides, GMOs (genetically modified organisms), sewage sludge or petroleum based fertilizers. The crops/plants are grown in natural soil without the use of above stated items and the animals are not given any growth hormones or antibiotics. So basically, it's all the good stuff that nature provides to you first hand without the addition of harmful chemicals and artificial substances. Why would you say no to such goodness, right? If the above was not enough reason for you to go organic, read along - we've got some more compelling reasons that might change your mind.

Stating the obvious here, no artificial substances mean no toxins. Organic food are more nutritious as they have no chemicals or synthetic substances that have been used to enhanced their growth or characteristics.
