1. EARLY TO BED...EARLY TO RISE
It's not just for nothing that this saying exists. Now we don't mean that you sleep at 8 pm, no we are not going to act like your Mom. The point here for you is to set a routine and sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time. Generally, if you wake up early you tend to get a lot more things done and save up on time. Although there is no proven formula for being creative, it is said that you're more creative in the mornings because you feel fresh and energetic.
2. EAT ORGANIC FOOD
So here's the deal, we all spend a lot of money, time and energy on being healthy and fit but what's the point if you don't eat the good stuff. Most fruits and veggies are chemically processed, full of GMO and other harmful substances, which is not going to do any good to your body. Why not switch to organic food, food that's actually healthy for you and full of essential nutrients? Make a switch, read your labels, be aware and eat organic and healthy food.
3. CHOOSE A HOBBY YOU LOVE
Don't get sucked into the madness of a fast lifestyle, take out time for what you love doing even if it's 2-3 hours a week. These few hours can make a big difference, play a sport, dance, jog, paint, sing, do whatever it is that makes you happy and relaxed but do dedicate a time slot for the things you love to do.
4. WEAR CLOTHES THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY
Clothing is not just for the body but also for the soul. Yes, what you wear reflects what you feel, many times and we can certainly not deny the possibility of clothes affecting our moods, feelings and confidence. So take 5 minutes out of your daily routine each day to decide what you're going to wear the next day, something that makes you feel good about yourself.
