THE SECRET TO GREAT SKIN
There is no point in denying that we all want to have healthy, glowing and great looking skin. And why shouldn’t we? It is as good as wishing for a healthy & fit body but what does it really take to have great skin? Sure, you can spend bucket loads mullah buying great products and cosmetics but they are only going to work on the outside. We’re not saying that good skincare products don’t do much, they do! They aid the whole process but there’s more to skincare than just products.
The key word to remember here is Nutrition, you have to eat foods that help your body and skin to be at their best. It is a very simple concept that is often neglected by many. We spend our money on dermatologists, expensive products and skincare equipment but we often neglect what we eat. It is what you put inside that shows on the outside. You must consume a certain amount of fruits and veggies to keep your skin in the pink of its health.
Green leafy veggies are vital and here’s an easy way to consume your greens daily. I cannot emphasize enough on the importance of having green smoothies, my skin had suffered a great deal when I was in Italy, umm…thank you student life! But green smoothies came to my rescue; they are like hulk for your skin – fighting all kind of bad guys to keep you safe.
Green smoothies, healthy diet, exercise along with some skincare habits and products is the way to go for great skin. Having said all of this, it is important to remember that imperfections make you beautiful and it is absolutely okay to not be perfect. Being beautiful is never about being perfect, it is accepting your imperfections with confidence and just being who you are.
